Our Story
Everything here starts with the cheong.
Cheong is the Korean art of preserving fruit in sugar until it becomes a bright, spoonable syrup. At The Scoop we make ours in-house, in small batches, and build the whole menu around it: strawberry matcha, banana lattes, sparkling refreshers, and puddings that taste like someone actually cared.
The room is warm and bright, the wifi is free, and the dog is welcome. Most days you'll find the owner behind the counter, remembering your order and genuinely happy you came in.
